The staff are excellent! They addressed our concerns and upgraded us. The customer service was top-notch, treating us like royalty. The receptionists, especially Monica, were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the location convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located near Green Park subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is within walking distance of key London landmarks, offering a great base for adventure travelers. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, providing a quiet escape from the bustling city. The gym is fantastic, with a wide range of new equipment for a full workout.

We had an very nice experience at the Sheraton. The staff were really nice too make our stay nice. The concierge desk was particularly helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our trip. The newly renovated bedroom was exactly as advertised and impeccably clean. The large bathroom was a welcome surprise, and the housekeeping staff made sure to keep everything super clean every day. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the lobby cafe staff were accommodating and attentive. The bus staff were also fantastic, helping us with our luggage and organizing taxis. we had a fantastic experience at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. the room was equipped with exclusive facilities making my stay comfortable. the Sauna was a great escape after a busy day exploring the location advantages the hotel has to offer. the restaurant provided a delicious in-room breakfast that fulfilled all of my needs. the bar/lounge area was an excellent spot to enjoy the hotel entertainment.

Other than that, everything was perfect.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the excellent location and friendly staff. The rooms were quiet and had cold AC. The size of the rooms was acceptable. The staff was brilliant and addressed our concerns. We even received a complimentary upgrade and breakfast.

During my recent stay at Sheraton, I had a small issue with my room reservation. the receptionist quickly resolved the problem by offering me an alternative room, even more spacious than the one I originally booked. I was impressed by their promptness in addressing the issue and ensuring my comfort. Despite this minor glitch, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, allowing me to easily explore popular attractions such as Oxford Street and Hyde Park. The bathroom in my room was spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. the hotel offered a good afternoon tea experience with generous portions of delicious sweet treats. I had a satisfying stay at Sheraton and would recommend it for its convenient location and friendly service.
